This is a recipe we’ve been making for a while now, but now, we’re getting some good feedback from vegans who want to try it.

One thing that we’ve found is that the vegans really enjoy the taste of the curry, so we thought we’d share our favourite flavours with you to give you some ideas on how to make the perfect vegan burger.

What to do before you make the Vegan Burger Vegan burger recipe can be quite tricky to make, so be sure you’re following the recipe exactly to make sure it’s really easy to make.


Wash and peel onions, carrots, and celery.

We’ll be using a vegan onion and carrot peeler to get this done.


Chop up some spinach and carrots.


Heat a pan with some olive oil over a medium heat.


Add a few garlic cloves and sauté until soft.


Add some black pepper and cook for a minute, stirring occasionally.


Add the spinach and cook until wilted.


Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir until the spinach is wilted, then add the remaining 1 tablespoon.


Add onion, carrots and celeriac.

Cook for a couple of minutes until softened.


Add remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable and stir for a few seconds.


Add chickpeas and cook gently for a bit longer.


Add vegan mayo and stir.


Cook until the mayo is bubbling and bubbling.


Add cheese and stir, then serve.
