It’s important to ask the candidate questions that will help them find a job.
The questions might include: What do you like most about the position you’re applying for?
Are there any things you’d like to see in the position?
What kinds of people would you like to work with?
Are your colleagues and the company’s people on board?
If your resume is incomplete, you might have to revise it to include more details about your experience.
Make the interview as long and detailed as you can.
